The Advanced Packaging division is designed to provide our customers with the best solutions, whether for transport, high-quality sales packaging, shelf-ready cartons, or mechanically erectable boxes & trays – we can deliver - from the initial idea to the finished concept. We package everything - from food to pharmaceuticals, tissue paper to ceramics, beverages, household products, personal care products, electronics, accessories and more! Equipped with the most advanced VLF (Very Large Format) printing presses in the region, We are able to offer single sheet printing in size of 1450 mm width & thickness upto 1.7mm. The press is a double coater press with intermediate & end of press dryers (IR/UV/Hot-air) capable to offer various finishes ( Matt/ gloss/ drip-off/ textured/perfumed…and much more) to your packaging.

Design & Pre-press
Our high-performance prepress provides you with the best solutions in all areas of data handling and processing. From the media database to image editing, interactive 2D and 3D images, and CTP (computer to plate) to website development, our prepress team has a very high level of expertise.
We use up-to-date hardware and current versions of all major software, ensuring we receive and process your files with maximum efficiency. We operate Apple Mac and PC workstations with all the latest major software applications, including an extensive range of pre-flight, trapping and imposition applications.
We run the best packaging workflow system from Esko which is integrated fully with GMG colour management and our presses to ensure our proof to print reproduction is absolutely spot on. Our Epson proofers are calibrated in accordance to Gracol G7 & beyond Fogra39 standards using approved stocks.
Once approved, imposed print ready files are output via our Agfa Avalon platesetter to make printing plates. The CIP3 data is generated and automatically sent to the presses for each plate, enabling automatic setting of the ink ducts on the press for any selected job.
Printing & Finishing
We have state of the art printing and finishing machines to provide customers with endless possibilities. With the best printing presses from KBA and Heidelberg, we are uniquely positioned to supply you with print quality that is unmatched in the UAE, on a vast variety of substrates, with conventional AND UV inks as well as special coatings.
We can laminate metallized films, and print with UV inks on special finishes to make your packaging stand out and attract attention in a crowded marketplace.
Our printing capacity is supported by wide ranging of finishing machines from BOBST. These machines are known for Quality and reliability – we have multiple die-cutting machines, Sheet to sheet laminator, folder-gluers, Hot foil stamping, film laminators, window patching machines, and specialty folding machines that enable us to supply any type of be-spoke packaging requirements.
